Android 15 release date
Vivo and iQOO officially started rolling out Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 to several high-end smartphones on September 27th. This makes Vivo and its sub-brand, iQOO, the first smartphone brand to release the stable version of Android 15.

Google released the Android 15 update for eligible Pixel smartphones on October 15th. The update brings Private Safe, app archiving, and new multitasking capabilities, among other things.
Samsung has started rolling out the Android 15-based One UI 7 beta update to the Galaxy S24 series in several markets including India. The stable version of the same will be made available for eligible smartphones next year with the Galaxy S25 series launch.
Nothing started the stable rollout of Nothing OS 3.0 in December 2024 for Nothing Phone (2) and (2a) while the beta version is already available for the Nothing Phone (2a), Phone (2), and CMF Phone 1.
